What makes this different is that I did not just study healing — I lived it. I know what it feels like to struggle with anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, survival mode, and emotional overwhelm while still trying to hold everything together for everyone else. This program combines lived experience, faith, emotional healing, mindset transformation, nervous system and emotional regulation tools, accountability, and authentic connection. Along with my background as an RN, BSN and Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach, my goal is not to help you become someone else — it is to help you reconnect with the healthiest, most authentic version of who you already are.

Absolutely. As a mom myself, I understand how heavy life can feel when you are trying to heal while also showing up for everyone else. A large part of my mission is helping women and mothers break unhealthy cycles, regulate emotions, heal deeply, and become the version of themselves they want their children to remember.

My coaching is rooted in healing, emotional growth, mindset transformation, and learning how to navigate life with God at the center. That said, this is a safe and welcoming space for anyone who feels aligned with the message and mission behind this work.

No. This program is not therapy, medical treatment, or crisis counseling. While I am an RN, BSN and mental health advocate, this coaching experience is designed to support personal growth, emotional healing, mindset transformation, accountability, and breaking unhealthy cycles through faith-led coaching and lived experience.

This program is for women who are tired of living in survival mode and are ready to heal, grow, and become the healthiest version of themselves emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Many of my clients are moms, high-achieving women, women navigating anxiety, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, women healing from trauma or unhealthy patterns, and women ready to break generational cycles and rediscover who they truly are.

Over the course of 90 days, we work closely together through private 1:1 coaching sessions focused on emotional healing, mindset transformation, emotional regulation, boundaries, confidence, self-worth, and reconnecting with your authentic self. This includes 12 weekly private coaching sessions, personalized support and accountability, faith-led mindset and healing work, practical tools and strategies, and onboarding and closing integration sessions. Every journey is personalized because no two healing journeys are the same.

No. While my coaching is faith-led and I openly share how God transformed my life and healing journey, you do not have to identify as Christian to benefit from this program. The goal is to create a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and authenticity.
